NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to the customers of the East Lakewood Sanitation District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the East Lakewood Sanitation District may fix or increase the District’s rates, fees and charges for sanitation services at an open public meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S Allison Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80226 and via online meeting at:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections regarding such proposed action.  Information regarding the District’s rates, fees and charges may be obtained from Circuit Rider of Colorado, PO Box 359, Littleton, Colorado, 80160, telephone number 303-482-1002, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
